Loss 10 pounds-Thurs Nov 1

OK folks. Halloween is over and Thanksgiving is weeks away. Time to get serious before the really hard time of the year arrives. I managed to get to bed before the candy got into my mouth. Now I just have to get rid of the leftovers. DH was so sure we wouldn't have enough, but I think we only had a dozen or so weenies. You just can't predict where I live.

I'm joining the daily challenge of No Sweets today. I'm planning on BBC shoulders and back this evening. I'm not sure if I'll do the cardio on that workout, or do some cardio from the 4DS.

Hi Robin! I plan on doing BBC Shoulders & Back today as well, but something else for cardio as I can't take that high impact. I am just wondering if I can do it when my shoulders feel sore after getting used yesterday in the Chest & Abs workout. Ouch.

I'm hoping to send the tons of candy we have leftover to work with hubby today. I always get way too much in my paranoia of having too little. That's typical of everything I do. I rarely run out of anything because I am quick to have a backup on hand (ketchup, shampoo, whatever).

I still feel a little under the weather so I foresee that will be my difficulty today--it's hard for me to get motivated to prepare healthy food when I feel like curling up in a ball.

OK, going to be good today! I feel like we should get in a virtual huddle and say "1-2-3! 10 pounds down!" or something.

Lainie, I have the same fear-of-running-out issues. My cupboards are full to overflowing. Then I forget what I have stashed and go out and buy it all over again. I woke up last night with achey pecs from BBC chest yesterday. And I agree about the BBC cardio. It's a little to rough for me. Gosh, I could have written your post. Or vice versa.

I'm also joining the no sweets today challenge. Which should be interesting with all the leftover candy PLUS all the stuff Sophie brought home that she doesn't eat. And my SO isn't even going to work today, so I can't send it in for his staff to devour!!

Workout today will be a five or six mile run.

Lainie - I hope you get to feeling better soon!

Oh, you guys are killing me with no sweets challenge! But I am in. OH, GOD!! I just remembered I have to work tonight and be surrounded by every Godforsaken flavor of icecream!!! ARGH!!
OK OK, lets just hope that it is very busy so I have NO time for sweets. That will be my motto. If it gets slow, I will start scrubbing the damn restaurant! That's the plan.

OK, so I have BBC butt and legs. I should do the cardio too. My goal today is to drink enough. I never do.

So we're doing a one day no sweets challenge? Cool. Sign me up! :)

I took an unscheduled rest day today due to being tired and sore. I may still try to squeeze in a short workout this evening though. Maybe BBC Shoulders and Back.

I did have a few pieces of candy last night. *looks ashamed* But, DH had more! *points finger at DH* :p We bought way more candy than we needed (just like Lainie and Robin). We only had 22 trick-or-treaters last night. I thought for sure we'd have way more than that. How utterly disappointing.

I brought in most of my leftover candy to work today - hopefully my coworkers will take care of it.

I already know that I haven't lost any weight this week so tomorrow's weigh-in will be a huge disappointment. *sigh* Oh well. There's always next week.
 
Good morning, Everyone!

Well, I did great yesterday and only had that 1 Laffy Taffy. No more candy after that. And definitely didn't want to after pumping out the 10 push-ups.

I got up this morning and did the 1st half of MIC before getting ready for work. I think I'm getting sick because I had no energy at all and my heart just wasn't in it today. :(

Wonder how tomorrow's weigh-in will be... Not expecting much since I really only started eating better on Monday.
 
Mornin' ladies,

Uh, I had a mini-bag of peanut M&M's last night, I mindlessly picked up a package and ate it without a thought.x( Crap, I even forgot my pushups! Will fit those in today to make up for it!

Despite the fact I handed out fistfuls of candy last night, I am faced with a ton of leftovers. Will hide them in the garage storage shelves, outta sight, outta mind for the most part. No sweets today? Well, okay, I will do it too.

Not sure about my workouts, I think Firm it Up- Slim Series, and 30 minutes cardio. Heres to a sugar-free day!

Hi everybody!

I'm way behind today -- I'm doing okay. No sweets today and I'm drinking lots of water. I haven't done my workout yet, but I'm planning to do Slim & Lean. I wish you all the best in your pursuit of reduced calorie eating.

P.S. I doubt that I lost anything this week but I refuse to let it derail or destroy me!!
 
No candy today. I refuse to weigh myself this coming week, why? PMS}( I can gain 5 pounds just like that. My evil twin just reared its ugly head this afternoon, and its all I can do to make sure I keep its cravings in check. I am counting on grapes, apples and chicken breast to do the trick!:)
I also did MIC today-skipped the very last Interval part-good grief, that workout is so long!x( But I did it-somewhere my hip doctor just screamed in horror. Hey, just tryin out the new equipment and needed to blow off some steam.

Oh my gosh I can't believe tomorrow is Friday already and I have to weigh in. This week went too fast.

Well I didn't check in yesterday because we have 1 computer in our house and 3 of us are always fighting over it. I drew the short straw last night. I did however manage to have only 1 PB cup. I actually under bought candy this year hoping I would run out. I came close so that is good.

Today I got my water in. No sweets. And I am headed to do GS chest and tris.

Now if I could just be that good everyday. Next week I have to travel for work. It is hard to eat well and drink enough when I travel not to mention fit in some excercise. Next Friday could be a scary weigh in.

Everybody is doing so good.
 
Well, I know that I'm not going to like what the scale tells me tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I haven't lost an ounce. I did manage to go all day with no sweets though.
 
I didn't have any sweets, I drank above and beyond the necessary amount of water, and I did my workout. Yea me! I'm really tired, I haven't had my dinner yet, and right now I just don't care what the scales will say tomorrow :p
