LMR2 download#2

Will keep on doing it, as long as I don't forget, and see if I progress slowly to more sets/reps.

Lol I wonder how training could get boring for one!? There is so many variation to try out and eventually have fun with :D :D :D Well yes that is relative I reckon.
 
I tried the one with the toes on the step. I did 2 sets of 8 reps after my leg workout. Felt it in all over and I used a lighter weight. Will keep on doing it, as long as I don't forget, and see if I progress slowly to more sets/reps.
I did the same exercise after Cathe cycle max and said to myself what was I thinking! I was finished

Funnily enough, the more I do it, more muscle I feel muscle I had not felt before. I could feel the mid portion of the QUAD big time, the rectus femoris ☺️. Of course I am happy about that lol ☺️. I would love some quad definition ☺️☺️.

That back leg elevated on the step, you will feel the quad more.

This exercise definitely hit the entire leg muscles. For me medium weight is enough to activate and get muscles to respond. 5kg feels great to start from for me. At this point I don't need much fast speed and yeah it feels great.

Nathalie - I have done the exercise a couple of times at the end of my leg workout or full body strength. I definitely feel a lot of leg muscles working including the inner thigh (yeah). So far I am doing two sets of 8 reps with 8 or 10 lbs. (holding one weight). don't want to go too heavy until I get more experience with it but I do like this move.
