LIVE Burn Sets 302, 304, 305 -.more please!

I've been enjoying these "get in, get it done!" Live Burn Sets workouts. Perhaps it's time for another set - maybe an UB/LB and TB split. Express 30-35 minutes. Mostly compound moves and heavier weights, 10-12 reps for efficiency & most effect. Include a little jump training with a balance challenge in the warm up,, i.e., a lateral jump/skate with a knee lift after the jump - done slowly. Keep the "get in/get it done" idea. Thanks for considering.

Thumbs up to that. Out of all the lives I was attracted to and have downloaded, it was these in particular and 458, 459, 460, 461, and 465 the "Strong and Fit" workouts.

Thank you for making my list of " live to grab!" longer.
 
I revised my request a little. Please also consider adding a Sprint interval or 2 or 3 at the end - maybe a " fitness swing", burpees, mountain climbers, squat/thrust etc. For all-out 30 seconds, a little recovery, repeat, then head to the cool-down. Thanks for considering :)
