Let it snow!

Once again, we were hit up in NH with snow today! I woke to about 5 inches and there is promise of 8 - 14 during the day of snow. I commute down to MA for work(about 45 - 60 miles, depending on the day) and often fight the snow to get there or home. Today, I had to be in 2 places but instead, decided after getting ready, getting set and getting to the highway for a look, to turn around and COME HOME! I feel like a delinquent but it was horrible out there and I've laready done my fair share of fighting with snow for the year! So, here I sit, back in my pj's, about to start working from home

Good for you! We have about the same amount here in CT but the roads weren't bad enough for me to be able to stay home. (Plus, I have a MUCH shorter commute than you!)

Enjoy working in your pj's!! I wish I could do the same!!!

We got about 8 or 9 inches just outside of Boston. It's the heavy, wet stuff. I sure am glad my Cathe workouts have strengthened my back...I blew through the shoeveling! Now I'm going to make some light popcorn, snuggle under a blanket with my youngest, and watch a movie. Hooray for snowdays and hooray for you for creating your own PJ day!!!

The weatherman perdicted by Wed. we might have enough snow to cover the ground.....their sure to close schools and everything if it does...we southerns are a silly bunch!

They are predicting snow in SC on Thursday. Any excuse to load up on eggs, butter, bread and BudLite. Poor Dave is supposed to fly in from Cincinnati on Thursday.He can't escape from the white stuff. Of course when it snows in SC, people can't drive. Snow only last for about 2 minutes, less than an inch, and we close schools. Work is often delayed, etc. Ahhh,living in SC!

I live about 10 min.from NH border and work in NH. I had to call in for the 5th Monday. I think there is a conspiracy going on.

My kids had no school and DH stayed home and worked from home in his PJs.

Thanks goodness everyone went back to work and school today. AH!! I have the house to myself!!:+

Hey Elaine, there's a chance that we are neighbors. I also live 10 minutes from the border (on the 95 side), but work in MA. I live in Porstmouth. Where are you?

I'm in Townsend MA. I live close to Mason NH. I am 30-40min. from Nashua NH. Probably about 1 hr from Portsmouth.
