Good Morning Gals

Today was PS back and bi. I got a really good workout this morning! I love PS!! I may go back to it again in Sept., if STS isn't out yet. No chins/pullups today- just not in the mood:confused:

My workout schedule next week is:
2 days light cardio (prob. on treadmill, but no HIIT)
2 days pyramid: chins/pullups/pushups
one day to work on 1RM stuff
then on August 3 I will start the new rotation.

I have to brag: I picked up DS from camp yesterday. He won the leadership award from his team. Only 1 boy on each team wins the award and he is chosen by his coach. It is for being kind to others, treating others with respect and helping others who may not be as good as you in bball. Then they played the championship game, won!!! and my son was choosen by his team as MVP!! I am so proud!!!!:D:D:D

Stats:
Chin ups/negative pull-ups: none!
Back:
T-bar row: 60# all 3 sets (up 2.5#) -counting the weight of the bar 75#
Bent over rows:85# all 3 sets (same)
1 arm rows:36.25#/ 8reps all 3 sets (same, changed the way I did them though. Instead of bending over the high step, did it the way Cathe does it in GS- 1 leg on the step with 2 risers)
Shrugs:15# (same- Cathe recommends a low weight)

Biceps
Barbell curls: 1st set 42.5# /10 reps, 2nd set 42.5#/9reps (up 2.5#)
Hammer curls seated:: 20# (same)
Curl up with twist, seated: 20# (up 2.5#)
Negative curls with bb: 42.5#/6 reps, 42.5#/5 reps (up 2.5# first set, and 7.5# second set)
Concentration curls:12#/12reps- arms were fried, and I really concentrated on form!

Marcy~ I hope you had some good news from the recruiters/job interviews
