I dont know why I did it, maybe being bored but I ate a few mini kit kat bars. Bad bad girl I know. Would doing some cardio help since today I dont have any on my rotation or should I just forget about it. Tomorrow I'm supposed to do Imax 2. Oh Boy!! Any suggestions? Lori BC

I wouldn't worry about it. Just jump back on track the next day. I have many days like that. Sometimes you just need a chocolate hit ;) You will be just fine!

Thanks Debbie, Thats what I needed to hear. My stomach hurts anyways from eating the choc. don't think I could stand any jumping around! Tomorrow is a new day!! Lori Bc

I just had one myself after dinner. Unless you are overweight, no big! Why do some people on here get so worked up over a little treat? Why is it such a concern? Am I missing something? Why is there such guilt when you indulge once in awhile? Do you have nightmares that you turn into a gigantic fat monster and are terrorizing your town? I don't get it. If you sat down and ate a whole chocolate cake, well than, that would be something to be concerned over. Life's too short to worry about everything we put in our mouths, don't you think? So I say eat healthy, but enjoy occasional treats!!

This is true but I don't think I'm alone when I say I still worry. No I am not overweight but I didnt just have 1 after dinner, I had too many to count after dinner. Granted they are the minis but even so I did try doing KPC w/o made it for about 30 min. and didnt feel that good after the choc. binge so I gave up! But tomorrow will be a new day. Sorry if this bothers you but some of us can't help ourselves. Lori BC

Don't worry...it was just a few. Technically, you are not off track unless your plan is to NEVER eat chocolate again!!! If your plan is to only eat it on occassion...your still on track!!:D

Yeah, just like Sarah says. For me, I couldn't do that. I am like a recovering alcoholic when it comes to those kind of chocolates. If I take a bite of it, it is over for me. I don't want to even know what those kit kats still taste like...don't even tell me.

I would be concerned if this is a pattern: eating something "bad," then trying to exercise off the calories. First off, it doesn't work that way. Secondly, that can lead to exercise bullemia ("binging" on the "bad" food," then trying to "purge" with exercise).

Fitness isn't what you do once in a while, it's what you do consistently. If you are consistent with good eating and working out, then an occasional treat won't have much effect on your results.

All I can say is that Kit Kat bars are so good! I love them so much that I am scared to bring them into the house. I bought a bag of "fall mix" that his kisses, mini bars, and peanutbutter cups and I eat a few each day. That adds up to a lot per week.

I try not to tempt myself during Halloween. I told my husband that I didnt want to give out candy this year because we always have too much left over, and you know what happens to it!

The best thing is not to even buy it.

Has anyone tried the new, bigger M&Ms? I bought a bag of those too but havent opened them yet.

Love,
Madonna

Normally I always eat healthy and have been exercising continuely for 16 years. I think I just felt lousy after eating the choc. because I normally stay away from it because I never feel good physically after eating it. But I will say doing exercise after was not a good thing. Todays a new day and I feel great!! Thanks for all your feedback ladies!! Lori BC
