Last monday I did the body test on my Wii fit for the first time in months. I was kind of upset when it said I had gained 10 pounds since the last time I was there. But i know it's true because I can see it and feel it. I am an instructor and I exercise alot....so. Anyway, this lit a fire under me and I immediately kicked my routine into high gear..increasing my workout sessions and changed my diet. Small portions, no bread no pasta, no diet or other soda. Drinking lots of water. Increased the weight on my dumbell work. After one week, I lost 4 pounds. This week I am continuing with my plan and also now cutting out wine. I feel tired sometimes but I'm on a mission! I don't know how I let those 10 pounds creep on! I even started a blog!
