Came across this gal from Singapore who has moved to the US to start a gym studio.
I would love to be able to swing my kettlebell like she did in this video.

This is actually my girlfriend. She is not from Singapore, she is from LA. We were in Singapore for a short time but moved back to LA.

She opened her studio a few months ago www.afperformancecenter.com in Santa Monica.

I didn't find that overly impressive. She just did some swings and snatches.
