<-- was invited to ice cream with all of them since they just got flu shots (and ice cream logically follows)
<-- had ice cream for lunch
<-- is still LOL at the bootcamper who had a 2-for-1 coupon and she didn't want to eat the ice cream (extra cals) and the ice cream place is down the street from <--'s house so she took <-- to get the 2-for-1 and use the coupon
<-- got a free ice cream out of the deal
<-- should have offered to pay, <-- know
<-- somehow didn't
<-- is looking forward to KB on Monday!

<-- could not believe it when DH said as we were going to sleep last night that he drove by <-- as <-- ran

<-- also downed 16oz of cold cold water almost instantly
<-- kept drinking more after that and it took a long time before <-- had to pee
<-- must have sweat crazy amounts
<-- again heard DH say <-- didn't look sweaty (as he drove past in his air conditioned car oh wait in MY air conditioned car as his truck is still at the shop)
<-- told him that's one of the signs of heat stroke
<-- shut him up with that one!
