She is an absolute doll!!!! I cannot thank Sarah enough for all of the wonderful information she has given me and the inspiration that she has given also. Sarah is a true angel and I am so thankful for all of her wonderful insight!!!

I am chiming in here to sing Sarah's praises also. She has really changed the way I look at eating, you have to eat to fuel your body.



ETA - Charlotte I love the new pic. Wow you are really cut. You can really tell you are working hard!!!

I have to put in my thanks as well. She has been an inspiration and an enormous help to me. She answers all of my silly little questions with so much information that I feel like she's my own personal reference book. Thank you so much Sarah. You've been an absolute angel. I owe a great majority of my recent motivation to you and I am definitely seeing the results!!! You rock girl!

I gotta chime in here too. :)

She's got two kids, a husband and works out yet is so generous with her time. I've sent her quite a few emails in the last few days asking her questions and she responds right away.

And you know the information she shares is sound by looking at her fabulous physique.:D

I just have to thank Sarah for that yummy vanilla yogurt w/tsp/tbsp of natural peanut butter. Yum, yum! I heard of it second hand. Somebody was thanking Sarah for that idea. Thank goodness it's errand/groceries tomorrow because I'm almost out of yogurt. So, Sarah what other goodies can you share?

And I also have to chime in about Charlotte's new picture...wow! You go girl! :)
