Hi everyone. I did S&H triceps and the Imax 2's 6-10!
I'm tired! LOL! This rotation is great. I'm going for sure do it again, sometime.
How is everyone holding up?}(
 
Hey Sunnyside,

Late checking in because I was out of town today. I did S&H triceps and Imax2 intervals 6-10 today, too! I have missed IMAX 2. It was fun. I have never done the pre-mix of 6-10 before and found it a little difficult to start out with the "straddle-taps" (or whatever they are called). I was not quite warmed up enough.

Looking forward to the Biceps and IMAX1 work tomorrow. I also really like the ab work from cardio and weights. I think that's a really challenging routine.

Hi everyone. No need to start a Sunday thread, since this one is so short.:+ Today I ran on the treadmill(just got one! yeah!) and then did S&H biceps. I hope Cathe posts the July rotation soon.
I hope you all have/had fun with the June rotation. :D
 
Hi,

This morning, I did S&H biceps and IMAX1 intervals 6-10. And abs from cardio and weights. I think I will do cardio kicks in the morning and hopefully Cathe will post a new July rotation tomorrow evening.

I did the S & H Triceps and Imax 2 on Sat. I decided if I wasn't too tired I would do all 10 intervals !! I was so happy that I was able to do them all.

Again, on Sunday, I did S&H Biceps and once again, I did Imax 1 - all 10 intervals. :) and then the ABS. Great workout!!

I usually avoid Imax 1 cuz, it isn't one I think about 'wanting' to do. But , I really enjoyed it -- and felt great that I did it.

I will definitely do this rotation again.
I hope Cathe will be posting July's rotation soon !!!!
