Attention CatheLIVE subscribers , Thursday June 11, 2026 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing ”Total Body Power Sculpt” LIVE! This fast paced intense workout wastes no time. You’ll work your entire body in grouped sets. Each grouping gets repeated for two sets (12 reps, 10 reps) There are no breaks between each set.

Equipment Needed:

Dumbbells ranging from 5lbs -20lbs

A fitness mat

I loved this Live! Cathe, your to Gilad at the beginning the workout was lovely. Thank you for keeping us working even on days that you have a headache. The pacing of this workout and knowing that we had 12 reps then 10 reps of the same exercise in a superset enabled me to use my heavy Live weights of 20s, 25s, and 30s for certain exercises - but definitely not the brutal shoulder exercises! I highly recommend this workout to those who purchase the downloads.
