Chris, ME does have alot of reps. It's tough, especially after you've been doing mostly lower rep stuff. Those biceps are killer!
Beth, I have PP and SS both in VHS, still shrink-wrapped. You are welcome to have them - I have the DVD. You obviously won't be able to do the premixes, but you can get a feel for the workouts. Just let me know and I'll send you my email addess so you can send me your address. Leaner Legs is tough! It moves so fast. Good for you for adding on the extras! I, too, love the firewalkers! Kathy, good job with PLB. I have to pause the DVD all the time - I don't know how they change their weights so quick. Hope you're enjoying the pool!
Today I did....NOTHING! I was planning on doing Reach, but had to get up extra early because I had a guy coming over at 6:30 to give me any estimate on putting some sod in. I set the alarm for 5:00 so I could workout, shower and meet him, but was too tired to get up. He wanted to get come by before he started work and I'm kind of doing this behind DH's back

so it worked out. DH doesn't get home till 7:30. We took out our swimming pool about eight years ago and DH has been promising to put in sod back there for oh, 8 years now! I decided I had enough and I hiring someone to do it. They'll do it while we're away on vacation.
Tomorrow is PP upper body. I feel like I should do some cardio, too.
