Good morning ladies!!

Just checking in today..I have to take the kids to camp today and hubby will pickup. Then I need to run a couple of errands. After that, I can come home and get today's workout done: Pyramid lower body!!

I was all in the IMAX2 frame of mind, ... Come to find out it's ME, Upper Body premix this morning! I can do that!!!

My lower body is barking from yesterday's PP Lower Body x 3 Premix. Holy SMOKES, that was crazy! How are you feeling, Vilma???

Good morning! You guys make me want to acquire PP, but I have so many lower body workouts it seems silly. I did CTX Leaner Legs this morning, as I mentioned, I'm not sure I have ever done that workout!! It was good. Well, I added on some firewalkers, and then the floor work from Squeeze. My legs were definitely shaking when I went to take a shower.

I've got a crazy day, but I think hubby and I will manage a dinner date for the first time in ages and ages, so that'll be a nice way to cap it off. Have a good one!!

ME Upper Body Split Premix: DONE!

The reps really get ya on that one! They go on and on and on until the burn sets in for good...}( LOL! Sounds so inviting, doesn't it?

I don't know, Beth. I'm just borrowing PP/SS, and I'm seriously wanting to get it now, after doing the premixes. It's not ALL lower body. The upper body premix is good too. And then there's the "workout mixer" where you can make your own workout. Do any of Cathe's other workouts have that option? I've never seen it!

Beth... your Lower Body workout today sounded TOUGH! I love those firewalkers though! Good for you for going on a nice dinner date!!! I know the feeling of few and far between ! Hmmmm... I'm not so sure my 6 year old was bored by Get Smart. He was well behaved, really. He did sit and watch. Not sure how much he "got" though.

Okay... off to shower and get some errands of my own done!!!

Hi ladies..

Just finished up with pyramid Lower Body...Sounds like we have similar rotations..Tomorrow is an interval run day. I may do Imax 3 or something...

Getting ready to head out to the pool here soon. After I get some lunch that is...

Chris: Not sure about the options. I normally do the original workouts and don't do too many premixes. I have never used the mix and match option. Is that one a good tool on the DVD..

Beth: Great workout. I love those firewalkers too. Have a great dinner date tonight...
 
Thanks for the fun wishes for tonight ladies -- I think we're having sushi.

The mix & match workout blender kind of thing I have seen on a bunch of cathe's dvd's, but I've never tried it! I figured between the workout made as is and the premixes, I have plenty of options. But maybe I'll check it out!!

I'm doing the upperbody work tomorrow, Chris -- lots of reps, eh? I like upper body work -- I think that's why I've enjoyed this rotation so much. And yes, I love the firewalkers. Am I nuts?!

My six year old is funny about movies. I think he thinks if it's not animated, he will either be afraid or bored, and he kind of gets his mind set that way. But, I may try to talk him into it.

Hi everyone! It's been a crazy day at work...I'm just now getting a chance to check in.

Chris, ME does have alot of reps. It's tough, especially after you've been doing mostly lower rep stuff. Those biceps are killer!

Beth, I have PP and SS both in VHS, still shrink-wrapped. You are welcome to have them - I have the DVD. You obviously won't be able to do the premixes, but you can get a feel for the workouts. Just let me know and I'll send you my email addess so you can send me your address. Leaner Legs is tough! It moves so fast. Good for you for adding on the extras! I, too, love the firewalkers! Have a great dinner with hubby!!

Kathy, good job with PLB. I have to pause the DVD all the time - I don't know how they change their weights so quick. Hope you're enjoying the pool!

Today I did....NOTHING! I was planning on doing Reach, but had to get up extra early because I had a guy coming over at 6:30 to give me any estimate on putting some sod in. I set the alarm for 5:00 so I could workout, shower and meet him, but was too tired to get up. He wanted to get come by before he started work and I'm kind of doing this behind DH's back :eek: so it worked out. DH doesn't get home till 7:30. We took out our swimming pool about eight years ago and DH has been promising to put in sod back there for oh, 8 years now! I decided I had enough and I hiring someone to do it. They'll do it while we're away on vacation.

Tomorrow is PP upper body. I feel like I should do some cardio, too.

You are sooo sweet to offer the VHS tapes -- so funny that you have them and still shrink-wrapped! Unfortunately for me, I am no longer VHS-enabled, so I will have to pass on it, but it is very tempting.

My date was cancelled, darn it!! This morning our internet provider was supposed to upgrade us to faster service (nice, because it means we can watch the netflix "instant play" movies), but it wasn't working, so Larry had to go home and deal with that. I'm sitting at the office, eating leftovers I had intended to eat for lunch, and waiting to pick up kids at a birthday party. Woe is me! :) We're going to try for sushi tomorrow night -- we'll see.

Your sod situation sounds like something that would happen at my house! When we first moved into our last house, Larry said "let's put the ugliest temporary cabinets that we can find in our kitchen so we won't be tempted to just live with them." He convinced me. When we moved eight years later, or whatever it was, those cabinets were still there!!
