I'm going to be jumping on my TM soon to do CCPP day today and I've created a new playlist to add on the challenge 3 of V8 along with it }(

My workout for today is DONE!

Banged out CCPP with the added challenge of tacking on challenge 3 of CCv8. :p

What a RUSH!!!!!! }(

Okay I'm a sweaty mess and need to get these wet clothes off and finally eat some food.

Hi Vilma..I see you are up bright and early today..Hope your run was great!

Checking in today with push/pull. That is the end of the rotation for me. Tomorrow I wil do some sort of cardio and Monday stretching until Tuesday's new rotation. I can't believe June is almost over!! Life is speeding by!!!

Well, off to shower and get to the grocery and Costco..

Yes, Vilma, you're right -- press play is very nice and flows together so well. I had a great run this morning, and thought about being connected to you as I was running. In that last challenge I caught myself in quite a trance!

Kathy, I know -- can't believe June is just about behind us. I still have drill max to do, but I may take a yoga day tomorrow (I feel like an hour of running this morning was hard on my hips & knees) and do drill max on Monday. Still not sure what I'm going to do with July since I've got two separate travel times in the month. I've gotten Amy's resistance band workout from netflix, and want to convince my sister to do it with me while we're in Tahoe, but beyond that, I'm not sure quite what to do with the month. Did you guys see catwoman88 talking about mixing circuits in between heavy weight days? I'm tempted to try it, though I can imagine that would be a tiring rotation!

I'm not quite sure what is on tap for me today besides laundry. Hope you all have a good one!

Good morning (ALMOST after noon) Everyone!!

I wasn't sure I'd be up for it, because of a crappy night's sleep: sore throat, and headache on one side of my sinuses. I was a lot foggy this morning. But I also FELT like some good sweaty cardio. So i did the LAST workout on this month's rotation: DRILL MAX! It's a LOT easier to take not going through the Double Drill Mix! I really like circuits, they break it up, and it goes quickly...I like Drill Max too!!! It's got some great unique moves in it. Some I'm not so good at, some I LOVE. ...

So yes, it's the last workout of June! What to do! What to do! I haven't seen this circuit/heavy weights talk..where is it Beth?

Maybe Cathe will put out a good Summer rotation. If I'm TOTALLY stuck, I might do the FF's Get Ready for Summer again...

WTG Vilma and Beth on the CC's! they sound like intense workouts!!

Kathy... I've fallen back in love with PP since the premixes this week. The leg one REALLY gave me DOMS, which I haven't gotten in a long time... I think I'm going to order it soon for my own copy..

Hey Chris! It's still morning in California -- you can be on PST today. :)

I'm very impressed you did drill max with a cold and a poor night of sleep -- doesn't your head hurt?! I don't think I could handle it. Which reminds me of Vilma's margarita talk the other day. I don't drink much, either -- it's just hard to work out the next morning if I do! As a good friend of mine says "I never tell myself in the morning that I really regret not having had that last glass of wine."

Chris, can you use VHS? Did you see Joanne's offer to send me her PP that's still in shrink wrap? Maybe you guys could strike a deal if you can use VHS. I cannot, so I had to pass on that very nice offer. But, maybe since it's the premixes you want, you'd rather shell out the money for the dvd.

Look for posts by catwoman88. She and I have been talking about this in email and she is theoretically going to send me her rotation sometime this weekend. I can post or send to you if you are curious. She also very nicely mailed me scans of some articles that got her going on this kind of training. I can bounce those to you if you are interested. I could use those 3 extra hours of PST right now! lol!

I actually do have PP on VHS, and though I hate to say this about any of Cathe's workouts, just thought it wasn't worth doing so much. But the DVD one with premixes really intrigue me! So I would take the VHS, but I'm more for the premixes I think!

I don't have a ton of time to read that thread, but I am interested in the articles and the rotation..

I'll send this to your email too...
