Wow... Beth... Legs & Glutes EXTREME?? Sounds }( !!. Let us know how the lower body feels tomorrow. lately i've been having a hard time really working my legs. They just don't get sore the next day.
I did 4 Day Split: Chest and Back. I felt like Arnold... I lifted a 50 lb barbell for back!! Woo HOOO!!! I'm wearing a tank top today and feeling like I look pretty toned in it! *grin*. I actually did a warm up from Sharon Mann (just needed a different warm up) and then the weight work, and then , COREMAX: Tough Core Premix. Another Premix I've yet to explore, so it was fun!
Hubby got a night off last night. The plan today is to take in a movie, go out to dinner, and then to the mall and pick up a GPS for our trip next week!! (this is all with the kids ... SO we're talking about me taking the 2 younger ones to see "Wall-E" and hubby taking our 12 yr old to see "Hellboy 2". ).
it's a wonderful, hot , muggy summy day out there! LOVE summer! ...
