Just getting us started and wanted to say hello to you all..


Today's workout is going to be Drill Max. As soon as I get down there!! Not sure what else is going on today. I guess some housecleaning and the pool if it is nice..

Just finished up with Drill Max..Now I am VERY sweaty!! I am headed outside to wash the van while I am sinky. Then I can shower!!

Everyone who shows up for check in today!...

I'm getting ready to do 4DS Kickbox followed by entire Upper Body from 4DS.

I'm tired after work/little sleep, but soooo glad the weekend of work is DONE! Work really got to me emotionally. Seemed like there were a LOT of suffering, dying patients..... :(

So this workout should help me sweat out those bad emotions..

I got through 103 minutes of a workout! That's a LOT for me to do at one time. And the only reason I could do it, was because DH was home with the boys today. I enjoyed it, but Upper Body really seemed to go on and on and on!! LOL!

I have to say, i always enjoy the 4DS cardio. Kickbox was fun!..short and sweet!!
