I didn't see a checkin for today...here goes

I'm a little behind...so I did body max today. I skipped the upper body..since I worked on that yesterday.

What's on tap for tomorrow after step blast??

Glad you are feeling better Aila, today was SB and the abs and planks from SJP.
I might switch things up a bit, and do a circuit workout tomorrow ( don't have CM, so I think I will do Donna's Step Power and Pump ), then Hi/lo on Saturday, SS on Sunday, and another Hi/Lo on Monday, as I add in cardio on the "off" days.
 
Thanks Conni! BTW I just wanted to let you know that I love SPP w/Donna. I think she is so underated. She puts out great workouts.

Cardio Kicks this morning for me, I love those intensity drills towards the end. I'm switching a couple of the workouts around for the remainder of the month.
 
Yesterday was Cardio Kicks and I did one of my own mish/mosh kickbox combinations:

Warm up and cardio only of BC, then Kick box only of BC, then starting at about 28:00 in Cardio Kicks to end. (where the "power-hop" segment begins). finish w/ stretch of CK and 5" x-tra str.

This mish/mosh has 3 rounds of sequential power kicks and 3 rounds of ice breakers!!!

Today I am doing Supersets and tomorrow I'll do Step Blast or bike intervals if I have knee issues. Today is definately a low impact day after yesterday's mish/mosh.

I did IMAX2 this morning because I don't have Step Blast. Tomorrow is ME. I was doing it once a week, but haven't done it in a while, so it should be tough.

WOW! I am impressed with you guys! Great work!

Makes me ashamed to admit that I didn't get up this morning. I do, however, have kickboxing at the Y tonight. Ii am still babying my hand/wrist per doctor's orders, and I am afraid to swing it around too much. I may just finish out the rest of this week and this weekend with runs on the treadmill or trips on my stationary bike. I can also do lower body floor work...anything where I don't have to lift anything with my hand.

Great job. Thanks for keeping me motivated.

Rest day for me today, so I did Eoin's Power yoga for happiness and 30 minutes gliding cardio blast. LOVED my rest day!!;)

Good morning (or day depending on where you are!)

I don't know what to do for today...I'm really feeling like I need some weightlifting, and I don't have SS for tomorrow. I took Monday off, Tuesday did C&W and a 3 mile run, and KPC yesterday. Maybe I'll do SB and part of ME like I did last Thurs. decisions, decisions!

Well this week I have not followed this rotation much. I decided to go for a run during my lunch break, and tonight will still do ME I think. Haven't liked the way my pants have been fitting latelyx( so I'm adding more running into my schedule which always works for me.

I've also been going back and forth all day on what to purchase here. I am buying myself some Cathe DVD's, but can't really spend the $200-250 on all the Hardcore (I would love to though). I'm going to spend around $100 and want to use it as wisely as I can. I'm thinking the Terminator and the Hardcore Extreme...???

I missed yesterdays CardioKicks, which I don't have anyway, so today I did KickBox. I was going to do KPC, but I hadn't done KickBox yet so decided on the spur of the moment to try it.

It was a nice, simple, fun workout!

Hi Ladies,

Cardio Kicks was done this morning. What a fun workout that is. Sounds like everyone is doing well. It is supposed to be in the 60's and 70's for the next four days. Therefore I will probably throw in some running-can't pass up this weather.
