Good morning ladies. Good workouts today. I really enjoy hearing how everyone is donig their rotation.
After oversleeping 3 mornings in a row, I was finally able to get out of bed early today. I am a little off of the January rotation becasue of the missed days, but I picked right back up as best I could.
Last night I did the cardio and abs sections of All Step. Then this morning I did all of Kick Punch & Crunch, including the abs. I am going to try to get in a leg workout tonight. I still can't lift with my left hand, so I am going to do a pyramid-style leg weight workout on my weight bench (quad extensions, hamstring curls, calf raises, and then lunges and squats with no weight. Then I'd like to do the floor work of PLB. I think that should be a good workout.
