Hi good morning everybody. I am the first today. In my rotation today is 30 minutes of cardio and the floor work and abs of PS legs and abs. Tomorrow I will finish my second rotation with ME. The 1 of february I am going to start the january rotation you are doing now. Have a great Saturday.

Hi I have finished the cardio part of my workout. I have done the four kickbox circuits of hardcore kickbox circuit with Janis Saffell and Guillermo Gómez, the ctx cardio kickbox finishing with the back and front kicks, the kickbox segments of power circuit ,Judy there are ice breakers in power circuit too, the kickbox segment of 10,10,10 and the 2 kickbox segments of circuit max too.I will do the floor work and the abs of the PS later.

Good morning ladies. Good workouts today. I really enjoy hearing how everyone is donig their rotation.

After oversleeping 3 mornings in a row, I was finally able to get out of bed early today. I am a little off of the January rotation becasue of the missed days, but I picked right back up as best I could.

Last night I did the cardio and abs sections of All Step. Then this morning I did all of Kick Punch & Crunch, including the abs. I am going to try to get in a leg workout tonight. I still can't lift with my left hand, so I am going to do a pyramid-style leg weight workout on my weight bench (quad extensions, hamstring curls, calf raises, and then lunges and squats with no weight. Then I'd like to do the floor work of PLB. I think that should be a good workout.

Have an awesome (and snowy) Saturday. I'll check back latedr to see how everyone's making out today!

Ok, this morning is Circuit Max. I'm off to do it now that I have read these forums, had my coffee, and done most of my AM routine...

Mariángeles, you did great combination of Kickboxing-I copy it for sometime-which rotation are you doing currently?

I did The Viper-in sustitution of CircuitMax-and added ABS of ME. I love so much this workout-it is tough and it also makes me happy.

Today is my rest day, but I may do yoga later on tonight. Sounds like you all had some great workouts this morning!! Great job on completing another week !! I have 2 baby showers later this afternoon. I hope it doesn't snow!! Have a great weekend!!

Today was supposed to be a rest day but I know that I will miss some of the workouts later in the week due to my work schedule, so today I did the first 5 intervals of Imax 2 and some pilates.

Hi Everyone! Each month will feature a different type of rotation. This April rotation focuses on increasing and maintaining muscle endurance.

MUSCLE ENDURANCE

Week 1:

Mon: Leaner Legs
Tues: CTX Upper Body
Wed: Cardio of choice
Thurs: off
Fri: Leaner Legs
Sat: Cardio of choice
Sun: CTX Upper Body/ 30 minutes of cardio

Week 2:

Mon: Power Hour
Tues: Cardio of choice
Wed: Power Hour
Thurs: Cardio of choice
Fri: Body Max
Sat: Stability ball section only of Pyramid Legs/15 minutes of Ab Hits
Sun: off

Week 3:

Mon: Boot Camp
Tues: Cardio of choice
Wed: Boot Camp

Fri: MIS
Sat: Cardio of choice
Sun: Cardio Kicks

Week 4:

I'm a day off the rotation...supersets was on the agenda for today, but I don't have it. I was going to supbstitute MIS, but I see we are doing that one early next week. I didn't know which workout to do, so I did THE VIPER. Ah, I felt very worked out after that!

It is snowing like crazy here...blech!
