I am hoping to try PowerCircuit after work today, as i don't have time this morning for a proper workout. I missed circuitmax the other day due to illness, so we'll see...I'm one of those who if i don't exercise first thing in the morning, it doesn't happen, but I am really going to try to exercise after work.

Good morning, is there info on Hardcore? I will check the site as soon as I'm done posting! OOOOH! I am so excited.

This morning I did IMax 2, then the treadmill for a 30 minute, 2 mile powerwalk.....

My schedule is totally kilter today (I hate that) and I woke up starving - so I didn't work out yet. I am doing PLB tonight.

Can't wait to hear the Hard Core reviews - something to really look forward to!

today's workout: did cathe's MIS-just the upperbody work. Then I ran for 10mins...feeling good today.

Gayle: wow, what a great workout today...IMAX2 and then a 30min TM workout??? kuddos to you!!

I think I'm gonna do some firm tapes for the first week of february until the HC series come out. Nancy has a GREAt rotation for January that I'm gonna try.

Good morning everyone!!

What a surprise this morning!! HC is coming soon!!! I am so excited! Anyway, I did MIS this morning. I havn't done it in a while. My inner thighs & shoulders are pretty fried. I will probably end up stretching a little bit more later. I don't think I am going to start any rotation next week. I am just going to do S&H until HC comes along with cardio. I ordered on July 4th, so I should get it as soon as they start shipping!! Have a great day!!

I don't have MIS so I did Pyramid Bonus Combo, the PUB stability ball section and stretch. I thought I really hated the pikes, but actually it's those ridiculous balances that follow the pikes that irritate me to no end.

I am thinking we should have HC by mid February, to be on the conservative side.....

I want to try step heaven or still steping. I am new to the Cristhi's step. I have totally hot cardio, still jumping and hi/low heaven in vhs. Have a great day everybody.

Hey, guys...just curious...how does Kathy Smith's step workouts compare to Cathe's? When I started Weight Watchers last March, I actually started with Kathy Smith but then discovered Cathe. No looking back after that, but I'm always curious!

Quick update on my hand...I got the green light from the doctor to remove the wrist 'brace' and resume lifting, but taking it easy on upper body weights at first. I have very limited range of motion in my wrist because it was immobilized for so long, but that should come back over the next 3 or 4 days.

I think for the beginning of February, I am going to just play it by ear and do whatever strikes my fancy in the morning. We'll see.

OK into week 4 of Jan rotation here. This has been a decent rotation, however I find myself a bit hungry. Oh well, my clothes fit well so no complaints.
I am avioding too many days of squats and lunges (knee issues). So on MIS day I subtittuted in the stability ball work of PLB for the lower body of MIS, and today I did my own Ankle-Weight-Mania from L&G. It definately hit all areas of my legs.

Ankle-Weight-Mania:
1 mile warm up run
followed by the Ankle Weight premix of L&G TWICE thru everything*

*except outer thigh/glute lifts and inner thign raises those I only do once and that is plenty, LOL

Ever have one of those weeks when nothing seems to go just right? I'm having one. I just can't fit everything into each day that I need to do, especially when I have this little thing called a JOB getting in my wayx(

I decided last night to go ahead and use that as my rest day since I wanted to go have dinner with friends. Well tonight is the Cher concert and there is just not going to be time. 2 REST DAYS:eek: ?? I haven't done that this whole rotation! Oh well. I'll be just fine and I'm going to enjoy the time off, like a mini vacation. I know I'll be "jones-ing" for Cathe by tomorrow though:p

On another note, after dinner last night the four of us decided to stop by this casino. I am not a gambler, even when I go to Vegas. I may do a little bit then decide I'd rather keep my $ and go do something else! (Cuz I'm always losing) Anyway, I was playing a little bit last night on the slot machines, I put $10 in. I got it up to $25 and went to another machine. I stuck it in there and the thing started going crazy. I won 100 beautiful Cathe dollars!!! I put it away in my wallet and I walked out ahead!
 
Brandi-I love how you call it "Cathe Dollars"...that's exactly how I look at money I find in my pockets oin laundry day! All the money I find laying around goes into a special container to add to and spend on Cathe. LOL.

Rest day for me-- I am still sore from MIS yesterday. I doubt I will be able to work out tomorrow also as I am working a night shift tonight and will be half dead and sleep deprived tomorrow!
 
To everybody who wants to know my opinion about the fantastic four dvd I have to say it deserve the money.I love the Cristhi hi /low. It is fun but not as intense as Cathe's. It is great in a day when you want a great workout but not a hard workout. I have seen, I have not done, step heaven . First of all I have to say I am a little two left feet, I was a totally left feet with the step since I discovered Cathe, Cathe thank you because of you I know I can do step. The workout is divided in three parts.In the third stage short aerobic segments (each one new and fresh) are alternated with weight training intervals or circuits (4-I think). You have the option of staying aerobic, exercisers in the background demonstrate a basic holding pattern It is circuit training. In hi /low heaven in the third stage you first do hi/low and after get your weights and the option of staying with the hi/low too. The first part is very doable. I will rewind this part only a few times. The second stage is another history. It is vertical step with lot of twist, complex coreography and the moves are fast. It is going to be difficult but it is a challenge.When I will need to do a modification I will do it. The third stage is simple but I dread the second stage. The Cristhi step is similar to Cathe RS but more dancy. The music is fantastic.I have reconize one song that Cathe uses in the MIC step part. I don't know the name.it seems lot of fun but the step is more complex than Cathe's.I am happy of my purchase.

I did CTX Kickbox this morning. Trying to decide between Leaner Legs or MIS for tomorrow morning. Most likely it will be LL since I prefer to do longer workouts on the weekends.

Hopefully we'll have the hardcore by end of next week!
 
Another lost day of exercise. I feel so blah right now. I really look forward to my workouts each and everyday - it is the time of day just for me. I know that sounds selfish, but the rest of each day I go non stop for my family.

I am so lost in this rotation, that I am just going to finish out the month with whatever I feel like doing each morning. I am thinking that I may have to start getting up at 5:30 in the morning so that I can get a workout in...

Blech...i just feel YUCKY! Sorry for the rant...

Hi all,

you're so great -your routines,your workouts.

I did not work these days out due to my exams.And tomorrow I'll go to business trip-two days more without working out,without Cathe and without you,guys.. oh,I wish It'll Sunday and I could stay here and enjoying with your experience and your workouts.
