Good morning everyone,

Today I had a little bit of a late start this morning. I overslept a half hour. My daughter kept me up last night. Looks like she has whatever sickness I had. I did Supersets double set premix no core. Have to go out food shopping later before we get hit with the storm. Have a great day everyone!!

Hanging head in shame.....I overslept again today. I am still babying my hand and wrist, so this may not be a bad idea. I did my kickbox class last night at the Y, so at least I got a workout in yesterday.

I am headed to the store also. Snow is coming. YAY!

hi good morning. Today it is cardio of choice in my rotation. I will try the mish mosh of Judy :


my own mish/mosh kickbox combinations:

Warm up and cardio only of BC, then Kick box only of BC, then starting at about 28:00 in Cardio Kicks to end. (where the "power-hop" segment begins). finish w/ stretch of CK and 5" x-tra str.

This mish/mosh has 3 rounds of sequential power kicks and 3 rounds of ice breakers!!!

Step Blast for me today...what fun! When I woke up, my back muscles were screaming from KickBox yesterday. Wow!

Enjoy your workouts, and if, for any reason, you are not able to work out today, don't beat yourself up!

Supersets this morning - I think next time I can go heavier with my weights on some of the exercises. I had trouble with the one-legged squats though, those are tough.
 
I will have to try this. This sounds like a great mish/mosh! I can't wait to have Kickmax in my hand to mish/mosh w/ KPC.

Today was Supersets--I was so tired , just not into it, and I don't think that I really gave it my all. I have been trying to add cardio workouts in the afternoon and or evening and I think that it is catching up to me! I am exhausted.
 
Today will be supersets for me. I thought I didn't have it, but I do from FitTv. I haven't done it in over a month so it will be just like new!

I don't think I'll add anything else to it...IT'S FRIDAY!!! I used to like to take Friday's as my day off;) I usually get out of work early though on friday's so I can swing it.

Ahhhh... TGIF as long as we don't get snowed in! Or maybe that would be a good thing?

OK, today on the January rotation I have rearranged workouts. Again. Yesterday I did Super Sets one day early, because I didn't want to do it the day before Circuit Max.Now, truth be told, I missed Monday's Rhythmic Step because I had to go to the airport to see my daughter off to school. After Supersets yesterday, I did Rhythmic Step. This is a nice combination if one has the time. Normally I don't double up on workouts.

Today I substituted my own cardio session. I did power walking 48" and went 4 miles. (treadmill with variable grade settings). Let me admit a 12 minute mile is very fast to keep pace with WALKING only. I kept thinking running would be easier, but I wanted low/ moderate impact. My glutes really felt this. I added another 6" minutes relaxing walk to cool down, and a wonderful stretch. The walking muscles are different than those running and stepping ones. LOL

Mariangeles~ What was your opinion of my mish/mosh? did you like all the sequential power kicks and ice breakers?

Hey friends~don't have guilt about missing a workout... your no guilt around this check-in OK?

Hi all -

Slept in this morning, so no workout. Tomorrow will be ME and then Circuit Max on Sunday.

Went to the grocery store at lunchtime to get some milk, and it was PACKED. It took forever to get out of there. I bet after all of that, we don't even get a drop of snow. :7

Hi all,

today was SuperSet but I have sold this DVD. I have tried to sustitute this workout with Strong and Bear(Tracie Long).This is the first time I did it and it is good workout-have some errors-but I think it works. But
I was so tired after two consecutive days of working my legs and Strong and Bear also works the leg-so tomorrow I am planning make some circuit workout without legs work and Sunday some Kundalini YOga. But tomorrow will know it better-if I'll be sore or not.

Thanks for all the "no guilty feelings for missing a workout" comments. I just hate taking days off, but this time I think I really need them. I want my hand to completely heal so that when Hardcore arrives I can go full speed ahead.

Hi Judy. You can not recommend that kind of mish mosh now. I am waiting for the hardcore and I must be alive to receive the dvd. :D :D :D Just kiding. The first premix ,the cardio premix , is superintense. I think they are the most intense 8 minutes of my life (8 segments of 1 minute)the kickbox premix is not as intense but I was fried after the first premix. Three ice breaker if you count the ice breaker of the 2 premixes and the ice breakers of CK. As usual I love the punching combo of CK with those 1 hundred punching combinations. I think that the mis mosh is 52 minutes of lenght with the stretch.You have given to me the idea to try the three combinations of KPC with the power drills of CK.Thank you very much Judy.
