Today was Supersets, gliding 25 min., abs 10 min, yoga 15 min. for me.

Good morning, bfj, and all to follow.

I overslept this morning. This is the first time in a long time that I've done it. I was supposed to do CArdio Kicks (I was going to sub KPC), but it's not goning to get done today. If I don't workout in the early AM, it just doesn't get done. So I am going to move the rotation's week around and take today as a rest day.

Today I did Christi Taylor Totally Hot Cardio and Cathe's ab hits, as I don't have Cardiokicks.

I have Cardio Kicks, but did KPC cardio premix and a Firm 5 day ab segment instead.

Did Rhythmic Step, haven't done this one in a while, forgot how fun it is! I think next time I can use two risers with the step.
 
Today I did cardokicks. It was actually a fairly fun workout and I am not sure why I do this one so rarely! I am a bit frustrated as the holiday pounds are not leaving my body. I have even added an extra 45 minutes of step in the afternoon for the last couple of days and this morning I had gained .5 lbs. I am watching my eating but I am not losing. The only thing that has worked for me in the past is weight watchers where I limit myself to 1300-1400 calories AND excercise intensely for at least 45 minutes a day! Eating is no fun when calories must be so limited!

Hi,
KPC for me today. I don't have Cardio Kicks. I just decided that with my income tax return I am going to buy myself the HC series. I always do mine right after I get my W-2 on the 25th of Jan. and because I do it online it only usually takes about two weeks to get!! YAY:7
 
Ciao tutti!

Today for me is a rest day...just like Gayle, if I don't work out first thing in the morning, it just doesn't happen. I thought I would give an evening workout a try tonight, but I'm just not an evening exerciser.

Enjoy your workouts, I feel guilty I had to miss mine.
