Iron Woody's....kettlebell sale

FLASH!
Back to say that Perform Better's end of summer sale is on NOW (until the 30th) and just for the fun of it, I put a 52# KB in my cart to see what shipping would be. Estimated shipping was $7.50!

Very good bells at a good price, especially taking the shipping into account.

(ETA: I just checked out Iron Woody: KB $42, shipping $40 !!!!!)
 
Yup, I just put in the two lightest KBs (8.8 and 17.6) and entered my address and shipping was still $7.50. :)

My 25lb KB was $1.60/lb and these look to be around $1.75/lb without adding in shipping; the best price I've found around me is $1.90/lb. Hmm. What to do what to do... ;)

It's really a matter of figuring out how to spin the purchase for DH. Since he's supporting me and all of my crazy spending habits. Sigh; to be fair, 85% of what I'm spending money on is medical bills, but still...

Okay, so I'll return all of the tank tops (6) I just bought today at Old Navy and I'll be halfway there. ??

And then, hmm. Let's see. I already told him how I was going to earn the (extra) money to buy that half marathon Athleta outfit that is more expensive than I would pay for regular clothes, LOL. Hmm. Maybe I can swing it. ;)

I just feel bad. Hunnnny, will you pay for my law school loan...even if I never use it...??

I ordered 2 KBells from performbetter a couple weeks ago and now I just placed another for 1 KB and Newport. I had just got DH into exercising with KBells so I justified it by telling hubby they were for him! :eek::D:p

And Lisa, while your idea is fantastic, my DH ain't gonna voluntarily exercise for anything other than his job for a looong while. Shoot, I'm still trying to wean him off of Kool-Aid!! :p

Now I've gotta figure out wth to do with 3 kettlebells... ;)
