Intermediate rotation please....

Cathlete
I think this has been mentioned before.

I just got done with the 12 weeks of beginning rotations. I loved them but was ready to move on. I have the hardcore series so I started the fat loss rotation section of that. SOOOOO not ready. Well at first it felt like when I was doing core max and only 20 min of IMAX 3 that it wasn't working, although there was some slight "jarring" in my back from the jumping in Imax 3. Then I was so sore for the next two days, I didn't do any workouts! :( WOW!!! I am just not ready for the advanced workouts, but I do want to move on from the beginners. What do you suggest? I hope someone else has had this same problem...any suggestions???

Obviously not Cathe, but I am also an intermediate! I love Cathe and became really frustrated when I could not complete a more advanced workout, so....I started to do the shorter premixes and modifying when needed. I found it was the intensity for 60+ minutes that really got me, that is my reasoning behind the shorter premixes till I am ready to move on!

I hope this helps you out, you are not alone.

Best wishes,
Jen

PS, also if you look on this board their is a thread for 30-40 minute workouts, I have been following this and substituting for workouts I don't have with great success!
