Intensity VHS Shipping Update

[SNM Videos]

We should have Intensity VHS videos back from the duplicator sometime next week. (DVDs still have a while to go before they will be ready). The latest from the duplicator is they’re going to try bringing in a shift this Sunday. It will take all day to duplicate the videos and another day to package them. The videos are being duplicated in New York, so it will only take one day for delivery to us. If everything goes well, we should start shipping on either 12-26 or 12-27. Please keep in mind there can always be unexpected problems or delays. We will update you further as we have more information.

is there a ballpark estimate on the dvds?

i've always been more than pleased with SNM customer service, and have every confidence everything possible is being done.

i'm wondering if there's a rough idea about the dvd ship date.

Pyramid rotation

Mon- run or step tape 30min, Lower Body pyramid

Tues- CK and Upper Body pyramid

Wed- IMAX2

Thurs- Lower Body pyramid

Fri- run or step 40min, Upper Body Pyramid

Sat- cardio of choice

Sun- REST

Endurance rotation

Mon- C&W

Tues- IMAX2

Wed- BC

Thurs- Kickbox

Fri- ME

Sat- IMAX1

Sun- REST

If needed, take an additional rest day, like on Thursday with these rotations. I have mine set up for 6 weeks at a time, but can be any length of time. Anyway, these are the first two I'm doing in that order. Hope I helped ya' some!!
