When doing the fit test in week 1 and 3 is that all you are doing? Isnt't there 8 moves for one minute each...is anyone adding anything to that day. Also anyone adding weights to the program and if so how are the results...I'm going to be starting soon and I'm not quite sure what to do.

When I did the fit tests I added some steady-state cardio at the end. Guess I was feeling energetic that day. :)

I've been combining Insanity with my regular weight lifting schedule. On cardio days I do Insanity instead of my other forms of cardio. I'm lovin' it so far. My abs are getting way more defined and cut than they've been in the past. My body has responded so well to heavy lifting that I don't want to give that up, but Insanity is the best cardio I've ever done!

I will be doing my 2nd fit test next Monday and may do something afterwards, but I will be on vacation, so maybe not :D Fit44 has combined 4DS with Insanity, which looks like a great idea. I keep thinking I'm going to add something with Insanity, but so far am enjoying just the Insanity rotation by itself. I like how Insanity is leaning me out and have a feeling that the 2nd month's workouts (which are longer) are really going to lean me out even more. After Insanity I plan on doing a strength rotation.

I just finished my second fit test:D. I rode my elliptical for 30 minutes SS after the fit test. All my numbers improved from the first week except for one (power jumps).

I'm on week 3 and I have been using Cathe's 4DS. I plan to switch to CTX next week. It's going great!
I'm getting leaner and stronger each day. I love this program!!! It's challenging but very rewarding:cool:.

Adding a question? Those of you having such amazing results, are you following the Insanity rotation or adding it to your current workouts?

I've been following the recommended rotation adding in 4DS. I like to workout at least 60 minutes a day. I'm finding 4DS is just the right amount of weight training. I'm not tired, no unusual aches or pains, and my DOMS are pretty mild.

It's been under two weeks for me and my cloths are slightly looser. Nothing earth shattering, but I wouldn't expect that after less then 2 weeks. I've been noticing more hunger the last few days so I think my metabolism is starting to rise. :D

I'm pretty much following the rotation and tacking on some light upper body weight work at the end on one or two days a week. I've been skipping chest work since there are a fair amount of push-up (not like STS or anything, but enough :p) I have not been doing leg work, since I find Insanity to be leg intensive.
