Incorporating workout tapes for a weekly schedule.

Hi Cathe,

I am sometimes unsure of how to incorporate all my work-out tapes. I also wonder whether I am working out with weights too often. I have some videos that incorporate weights with the cardio. Therefore if I want to do a weight work-out tape only, I am not sure when to do this. My goals are too lose about 10-15 pounds, continue muscle development/toning and then maintain. I am thinking about buying your 10 Hardcore videos but am not sure how to incorporate all these along with some of the other things I am doing particularly jogging/walking 2-3 times per week. Any suggestions would be wonderful.

THANK YOU,
Julie

Check out the Video Rotation board. There's a link (I'd include the link here but I don't know how to do that) with all of Cathe's rotations and other member's post their rotations as well. You'll get some good ideas.

Hope this helps :)

Julie,
Here is the link to the Video and DVD Rotation Board. http://69.0.137.118/dc/dcboard.php?az=show_topics&forum=7
The second thread on the page is an index to almost all of Cathe's Rotations, and the one on top is this month's rotation. There are also rotations (using Cathe videos, sometimes even interspersed with runnning) posted by some other very knowledgeable members of the forums that you might find helpful. Just try to find the rotation that matches your goals (each one has a description on the top) and jump right in. If you don't have all the videos on a rotation let us know what you do have and we can suggest substitutions.
Hope this helps,
Mattea

Thank you ladies for your help! I looked at the old rotations and that was a lot of help. I'm thinking of buying the 10 Hardcore videos and was wondering what you thought. Do you like them or do you suggest something else? Do you think this will be a good way to start? I am in fairly good shape but want to lose some fat so my goals are fat loss and definition. I am thinking of doing the Hardcore Series Rotation Three. What do you think? Also do you think I could incorporate some of the GS videos with this rotation? Or, do you think that will be too much? I want definition but not bulk. I know these are a lot of questions. THANK YOU in advance for helping.
