If someone visited your city or town....

Cool, Nancy, I might be heading back to NYC in April. I'll definitely check out your recommendations.

And I LOVE Grimalidi's! Didn't make it there a couple of weeks ago...hit John's on Bleecker instead.

We live in a remote, rural island and I don't think we have 5 restaurants.... maybe if I included the market - haha. Good thing my DH is an excellent cook and loves to catch crab and shrimp in the summer. When people come to visit, that's all they want! ~jasper

HA . FIVE resteraunts .. we don't have five .. LOL .. well I guess we do .. but I would not reccommend them ..

I would have to say the best .. is my hubby's cooking .. man .. I am so glad I married a man that can cook .. he is AWESOME ..

his specialties

Lobster spaghetti
Venison tenderloin tips in gravy
Hamburger steak w/onion gravy
Hot wing .. mmm mmm mmm .. better than any resteraunt
and of course my favorites .. broiled lobster and grilled rib eye steak!!!:9

Since Buffalo wings are our thing (tho, we don't call them Buffalo wings here), I would recommend Duff's for the best wings. Anchor bar is very good too. They claim to be the Original, but aren't as good as Duff's.

Buffalo Chophouse, for excellent but expensive steaks.

Taste of Thai

The Chocolate Bar

ummmm....Mighty Taco? Actually, my favorite places to eat are in Canada.

It's just an itty-bitty restaurant in downtown Buffalo. They have really good sandwiches (I love the panini) and soups. The woman I work with is addicted to their specialty martinis.

But it's the desserts...the DESSERTS ladies....OMG!!! That's all I can say.
