Dear Cathe,
I've been brainstorming with a few ideas in my little head. I had posted this idea in the rotation forum, but I think it's best here. I've noticed in the forums that "newbies" (like myself) usually ask what Cathe DVDs they should purchase or they list the ones they own and ask for rotation suggestions. Responses are returned with further questions such as "what is your goal"? -- endurance, weight loss, definition, etc.
So, I thought, in addition to your monthly rotations, why not have the option to personalize a rotation based upon Cathe DVDs currently owned, goal(s), days and amount of time available to workout, fitness level, if the person does other activities (biking, running, etc.) that could also be applied (someone who read this idea suggested a pull-down menu format). Once this information is inputed, a rotation can be printed out in calender form.
This idea can also be applied in a similar way in helping someone to purchase DVD(s) according to fitness level, goal, etc. and out comes a list of suggestions and fitness equipment needed. This is a very common question.
I have two more ideas and then I'm done. How about a nutritional section (basic guidelines, maybe a recipe of the week).
And last but certainly not least: how about a monthly give-away, i.e, a hat, a shirt, or a DVD to the first 20 (or more) people who sign up for it.
Okay, I'm done. I had to put it all out there. Like the saying goes: "the squeaky wheel gets the oil".
