Hi Everyone,

Has anyone tried rotation above for a sustainable time scale and gained any result?

I am enquiring for a friend of mine willing to embark on this ICE Level 3 rotation.
Your thoughts on this are needed. Please do not hesitate to chime in.:);)

Kind Regards,

I'm the same way dbclark! Lent videos to friends before and never saw them again so not taking any chances with my Cathes either! :)

You more generous than me. I wouldn't lend anyone any of my Cathes. They are so precious to me. I hope she's a good firned who takes care of other people's stuff. I'm just saying.

LOL I'm the same way =) Last night was the 1st Time ever to offer my Firm dvd's but never my Cathe dvd's =)

I am revisiting this thread to report. After enough thoughts, I decided to embark on a four weeks meltdown rotation. I have just completed a self-made rotation. It consisted of 5 days split with an added leg day. I have added myself a challenge by doing 4 rounds of the giantset instead of 3 rounds as filmed --- Basic premix#7. It was very challenging to me with 30 minutes cardio per day. I have gained definition:D;):D

For legs, I did To the mat during 2 weeks then I did Turbo for two weeks. Rockem sockem can be substituted by any Cardio kickboxing timesaver 30 minutes maximum.

This is not a recovery rotation after completing STS.

To anyone trying this 4 rounds premix, please share your thoughts and the results. Take care;):)
