I found dumbbells in ONE POUND INCREMENTS!!

Hey, y'all know how Cathe's always saying how nice it would be for shoulders and other small muscle groups if dumbbells were available in one-pound increments? Well, I happened across these (neoprene coated like the black ones in her new workouts) at Fitness 1st. LOOK -- there are actually dumbbells in one pound increments all the way through 10 pounds, starting at ONE!

I can feel my charge card starting to warm up again....

I don't remember what the price is at fitness 1st but I got some from megafitness.com. They also price match and then some so I found
another site(ironcompany.com) that was about 85 cents/lb for the dumbbells and they matched the price plus gave me 10% of the difference.
