Cathe's DVD's are a wonderful way to cross train and help with endurance while training for running...in the beginning I only did running, gradually increasing my runs. But I didn't feel that my endurance or power was improving, so I added in muscle endurance type workouts (ME, MM, etc) and interval and agility (IM3!!!) and noticed a huge difference. Not that I'm any speed demon but I finished with a respectable an average of 9 min 10 sec. miles for 12.4 miles on Sat. and still had enough energy to play in the park with my Joe that afternoon!!! So long story short-Cathe is a great cross trainer for running!

Julie...congrats on your run!!! I have felt for many years that Cathe's workout have helped with my running. The workouts also help during injuries to keep my strength. I have also started doing more and more longer runs....:)...Carole

I also agree that Cathe is great for cross training for running. I just did my first half marathon this past Sunday.
