How many bugs does it take...

...before it's considered a protein snack! After a couple weeks of wind and rain I woke to a gorgeous sunny day and couldn't wait to get out for a jog. The bugs were sooo bad. I'm not sure how many I inhaled! How silly would I look jogging with a motorcycle helmet on?

I remember a hot, muggy day last year my girlfriend and I went bike-riding in the woods. There were TONS of gnats in the air. Even with sunglasses on (which was dangerous cuz the woods were already dark) we were getting bombarded. They were in our hair, down our bra, it was gross!

Same flying pesty bug problem here. Our hayfields are ready to be cut but with the rain we haven't been able to and the flying insects are horrible especially right around dusk. I was considering figuring them into my WW points at one time, so many did I ingest. Who can run with them mouth closed all the time??? I can't!!
