How is PS chaptered?

Cathlete
I currently have PS on video and I was thinking about getting it on DVD depending on how well it is chaptered. Are there chapter points at the different body parts? I would like to work the different body parts in a different order or do one body part per day with the PS series since I really like this workout!
Thanks for the help!

Here is the breakdown of the chapters. DVD is definitely the way to go if you want to mix up the body parts in a diff order. Have FUN!

Are there any Premixes? I have these still on VHS. (I think I'm looking for an excuse to get the DVD version).
