How is everyone doing calculating 1RM???

I would be so ever grateful if someone could tell me how they were doing on this.

I can't seem to find a place to print out all the exercises. I guess I can get out my handy-dandy notebook and start scratching away, I was hoping there was a place to print and then record exercises as we went along and then come back and put them in the wm.

If I have to, I can make up an excel sheet, but it would be nice if I could copy and paste somewhere. I can't even highlight the exercises then copy.

Ok, hopefully I'm just overlooking something.

Oh yeah, before I forget, is there a place to go to look up particular exercises if I'm not sure what something is when I'm calculating 1RMs?

Thanks alot, sorry to be a pain in the rump:)

Check out this post from christosz in the STS forum--it's a life saver! You can print out the list and use it to work from. Christosz has also majorly helped me out by commenting in another thread somewhere about doing maybe 5 tests at once with 3-5 minute rests in between--like chest, back, bi, tri, shoulder. You can use the results in many similar exercises (like alternating curls and both arm curls, seated, standing....) without having to actually test them all separately. I've started doing this and I can now see that I WILL get this done! HTH

In case I didn't do the link correctly, it's on the second page of the STS forum with a title about excel/filemaker 1RM something or other :)
