I was thinking about Beverly today. (run4fun I think it is)
I was wondering how she's holding up after her dad's passing. I hope she is starting to feel better...anyone know?

Wendy, you confuse blondes when you change your name...:)...I got a PM from her after she got home. It's tough...you and I both know that. I think she is doing as well as can be expected. Time does help. I see her post sometimes on the Hardcore Rotation Check-in.....:)...Carole

I am doing pretty good. Some days seem to be harder than others. I have been popping in to read the forums now and then.

I am trying to get some weight training back into my routine, but I just don't feel like it much. I am getting in my running, that helps me a lot.

I am getting excited about the road trip. I wish you and Carole were going. I am bringing my mom along. I am changing planes in Chicago and we will fly out together. She will not be participating but has never been that far East and is very excited to just be tagging along..

Your son is soo cute Wendy!! I love all your pictures.

Beverly, I'm glad to see you here and to know that you're doing well. It's nice to have your mom with you at the road trip. I wish I could do that with my mom, too. See you in two weeks.:)

I think Beverly and her Mom are arriving on Thursday evening. :)

ETA: Beverly--there is an advanced step class Friday morning at 9:10 taught by Cathe. There are some of us that are planning on going if you would like to come. I will be driving if you would like a ride. Let me know.

Nice to see you. What a wonderful idea to take your Mom along! How wonderful.

Sorry to hear about your loss. My Dad passed away in 89, he was a saint (even said that when he was alive). Not a day goes by that I don't think about it but now it's a nice warm feeling rather than the pain of early on. Interestingly enough I find he still guides me every day.

I am at the Radisson too. There is plenty of room since there is only me so far. Is your Mom coming to the gym too?

I know the coordinators are going too but they have secret things to do after class. Shhhh!;-)
 
Hi! No, my mom will not be going to the gym on Friday morning. So, fill the car up with Catheites. If you still have some room and she changes her mind she can come. Do you plan to check the gym out some after the class and play on some equipment?? :7

I posted to see if anyone was interested but I think most of the ladies are not arriving until Friday. Right now it is just you and I riding together. I would love to play on some equipment and look around. How about you?

Do you have any idea where you are going? If not I guess we will have to navigate together sonce I have no idea.:) How long did the coordinators say it took to get to the gym?

What time do you get in on Thursday? I arrive at 11:00. When is your flight out? My flight out is Monday at 11:50.
