...I've just been really lazy with messages lately. I've been engrossed in this post-election mess, and have been glued to the tv since whenever election day was.....months ago, was it?
I HAVE been working out hard...up to an hour with my run/walks, and doing "big" tapes.
How do you think the 2-per week system has been working with your strength training, especially with your legs?
I should be posting that Pecan Pie Cake recipe, I know.
