Oh, I'm here....

...I've just been really lazy with messages lately. I've been engrossed in this post-election mess, and have been glued to the tv since whenever election day was.....months ago, was it?

I HAVE been working out hard...up to an hour with my run/walks, and doing "big" tapes.

How do you think the 2-per week system has been working with your strength training, especially with your legs?

I should be posting that Pecan Pie Cake recipe, I know.

Just lazy, just lazy, lazy, lazy. ;-)

30 lb. Concentration Curls

I wanted to see how the bicep workout was Friday. 30 lb. concentration curls would be quite an accomplishment. I am up to doing 20 and 25 lbs. now. You are an inspiration.

Anybody else doing 30 lb. curls?
WOW, that seems hard to even think about. One day I guess.

...glad you're alright. I got your E-mail too! I am loving the 2x/week body parts! I have seen some definition popping up here & there. (of course, it's going to take MORE time to see it in these stubby legs of mine), but I really & truly feel if I keep at it consistently, it will happen! Not to mention the PS series coming to a theater soon on DVD!!! And, whoever thought, we may have other tapes soon after Cathe gets all these suggestions all figured out in her head??? I am PUMPED!!! :-jumpy Can you tell? Don't get me wrong, the bod's not a 10 yet, but I ain't givin' up! HB, I am going to be one of those dancin' grannies with you!! Okay, can you tell it's late at night. I think I need some rest. I just finished Meaner Legs & TRICEPS about an hour ago. I will be out of town tomorrow, 2 classes the next day and then my son is having a cyst removed from his tailbone (yikes!) Friday, so I thought I best get LL done tonight! I did about 5 reps of 30 lbs before I had to drop to 25. I still did 3 sets. :D
