HELP! Problems with Apple Shuffle and Cardio Coach download?

I am new to iPods and just received my iPod shuffle today. I went to the iTunes site as directed by the apple iPod site. I thought I was signing up for iTunes and after paying the one time fee I was directed to download FileVOoM. My McAfee advisor site lit up red and warned against downloading this file. Did I sign up for the wrong site? My cardio coach is on CD’s and MP3’s. So I am not sure what to do and how to get them on my iPod.

I ordered the cardio coach as there were so many positive recommendations on this site. I am excited to get started.

iTunes is free software. I don't know what you paid for, but it wasn't iTunes. The website to download iTunes is
http://www.apple.com/itunes/overview/
Then click on Download iTunes in the upper right hand corner. Once you get iTunes, it should be a snap to get cardio coach on your iPod. Just import the audio files into iTunes and then literally drag and drop them to your iPod.

Thank you so much. I am downloading iTunes right now. Hopefully (as I am not great on the computer) I will be able to get my cardio coach onto my iPod. I am so excited.
