I've been doing the workouts since I first got "Basic Step & Body Fusion". That's been well over a year now. In the process, I've developed definition & tone on my upper body, it's my lower body that's a pain in the butt! I can feel my hamstrings and quadriceps, but can't seem to shrink my thighs! Am I doing anything wrong? Do I need to increase my cardio, drop to lower weights? I watch what I eat & try not to cheat alot (which hasn't been that often anyway).
Please advise. Thanks
