Help! I only have 4 days this week...

I'm totaly stressing out because of my DS first communion comming up next Sunday. Anyway, I have family comming in from out of town on Friday and they will be staying in my work out area, so I need suggestions for a Mon.- Thurs. rotation that won't require very much mental focus. I usually do upper/lower body split rotations with cardio 3-4 time a week. So, I'm thinking 4 days in row of circuits? I have never done this but I guess it's the only thing that fits the bill. I would love any suggestions.

Do you have 4DS as that is a 4-d split. Or why not alternate TB and cardio days. Or cardio with UB one day and cardio with LB the next etc..

I would think circuits would still go against working the same muscle group w/i 48hours.
 
4DS is a great suggestion if you have it.

Otherwise you could do upper circuit, lower circuit, upper, and lower for your four days.
 
I would NOT do 4 days in a row of circuits.

If you don't have 4DS (the perfect choice), I'd suggest either alternating cardio and a full-body weight workout (make one cardio an interval workout to get the most bang out of it), or cardio alternating with lower body one day and upper body the next. You could do about 20 minutes of cardio before the weight workouts, if you want more cardio.

On days the family is there, if you have time, and need a break from things, you could go for a walk or run.
