Help finding P90X and Cathes w/o rotation

Someone mentioned there is a rotation using P90X and cathes w/o's. But I did a advanced search and looked through the video and Dvd rotation forum and cannot find it. Can anyone help please? Lori BC

I haven't seen one posted (maybe someone else has??), but the P90X rotation as written is easily adaptable to substitution with Cathe's Gym Style Series or Slow & Heavy on the weighted workout days. As Kathryn posted, you can substitute any of the Imaxes or Harcore Extreme #2 for Plyometrics and KPC or Kickmax for Kenpro X. Coremax can be rotated with Ab Ripper X and all 3 sections of Stretchmax or can be alternated with Yoga X (in this case Stretchmax is a much weaker substitute for the tough Yoga X, but not everyone likes to do yoga). I also use Cathe's 10-10-10 (it's much more challenging and fun) instead of Cardio X.

When I first started the P90X rotation I wasn't sure how I would rotate Cathe's DVDs into it, but after the first week I found it was relatively easy and I got the best of both worlds. There was no way I was going a week without doing a Cathe DVD...LOL.

Robin, I was thinking of doing the Oct. upper body rotation starting Monday, I just am finishing the August boot camp rotation. Do you have any suggestions on putting some of P90X upper body w/o in place of cathe's? Do you think this is the best upper body rotation to do? I'm looking for more definition and strength. Thank You for your help! Lori BC

I will work on it this weekend and try to post it by tomorrow afternoon for you. You can then fine tune it for yourself. It will be based on Cathe's October Body Bliss Rotation w/P90x.
