I haven't seen one posted (maybe someone else has??), but the P90X rotation as written is easily adaptable to substitution with Cathe's Gym Style Series or Slow & Heavy on the weighted workout days. As Kathryn posted, you can substitute any of the Imaxes or Harcore Extreme #2 for Plyometrics and KPC or Kickmax for Kenpro X. Coremax can be rotated with Ab Ripper X and all 3 sections of Stretchmax or can be alternated with Yoga X (in this case Stretchmax is a much weaker substitute for the tough Yoga X, but not everyone likes to do yoga). I also use Cathe's 10-10-10 (it's much more challenging and fun) instead of Cardio X.
When I first started the P90X rotation I wasn't sure how I would rotate Cathe's DVDs into it, but after the first week I found it was relatively easy and I got the best of both worlds. There was no way I was going a week without doing a Cathe DVD...LOL.
