Happy New Year to all my cathe friends I am at work tonite til 11:30 then Iam the DD for my sister and our friends They are having a party and since I had to work I thought I would pick them up At least I will see them all by the new year I have been just reading my favs forum and thinking how much i enjoy the posts here I have learned alot since I quit lurking and started participating Thank you all for your tips and suggestions Ok looks like just a little over an hour to go before the 2004 Should be a winner!

Hi Lisa! This is a great place isn't it? I know I've learned a lot here and made some great new friends and acquaintences. After excercising to videos for years and not knowing another soul who worked out as much as I did; it was pure joy when Cathe started this forum and I was connected to all these great people who share my same passion for fitness.
