Hello! Miss you guys!

Hi gals and guys! Just wanted to drop in and say hi. I miss you guys a ton!

Now that my 5 yr old is in kindergarten our life has gotten a little more nuts as now in addition to the 40 min. drive to work we have to drop off kids at 2 different schools.

Plus, I have started working out at the gym again and I am starting w/a trainer next week. I needed a change as I had hit a plateua big time and I sware I know every single Cathe dvd by heart. I am soooooo ready for her to come out with a new *advanced* set. I keep checkin' back to see if there are any announcement. I can NOT wait!!!! Anyone know any secrets of when the next big announcement might come?

I got a big promotion at my job (which is good ) but it is more demanding. With juggling working out, work, my 2 little angels and hubby I barely have time for my latenight intertnet sessions.

Anyway, just wanted you to know I haven't forgot about you. I am so sad I didn't get to go on the road trip this year I seriously cried when I read some of Cathe's notes on her forum. I really hope I can go next year if there is one.

Hi Fitnut,

I just thought about you the other day and wondering how you were I use to really enjoy checking in with you when we did the Body for Life program that time.Then you beat me, at getting preggo and still no babies for me.
Life is nuts.There is no doubt about it.Sometimes I wonder where I get time to fit it all in.My daughter will be in grade 4 this year and I am thinking that there could be alot more homework heading this way.So my evening workouts may not be do-able.But if I keep up with my clean eating then I should n't have to worry about it.

Gosh Fitnut, my 5 year old started kindergarten and I didn't even start my job yet and my life is nuts. I've got to hand it to you Woman.
Congrats on your promotion! You sound like a very busy lady!
Hope to meet you on the Roadtrip next year! I missed it too and was really touched by the all the posts and stuff. I think it's something every Catheite should experience from what I've read and seen.

HI guys! Geeze Lori - I can't believe your daughter is in 4th grade! My how time flies, heh? Yes, I think of you all the time too. I use to have a lot of fun on these boards with you. You always make me laugh and keep me motivated. How is your new job? Do you still follow BFL eating some? I do for the most part, it is kind of a way of life for me now and so easy to follow once you get use to it. I LOVE the EFL cook book. I am nuts - I actually ate sirloin strips w/green onions/garlic and brown rice for bkfst. I was craving it for some odd reason. Better than pancakes on saturday morning, heh? I wanted to eat one of my kiddos waffles really bad this morning!

Kali - Is your kinder a boy or girl? Isn't it so hard to see them go to kindergarten? I don't know what it is, but I sware since the day he started kindergarten he has grown up so much. It is just like they walk in that door and are a yr older Yes, hopefully we can meet on the roadtrip. I really want to go next year.

Waffles sounds sooooooooo good! And I like pancakes to.I just ate lunch so I am craving something sweet and I am not aloud until Mon!
Yep,4th grade.I know I can't beleive it either.I am dreading homework this year.I think it will be her hardest year yet, plus she is in French so everything is alittle bit harder for us.Im not eating BFL way now.I have resorted back to eating healthy,no sweets,lots of water and writing everything down.How are you doing with your baby weight? Did you get it all off? I think you need to post some pic's of yourself.
