I do have a question. the other day, I was working out in my gym on the hack squat machine and I guess I was pushing it too hard because when i finished my third set - my head was dizzy and I felt like I was going to throw up! I ran to the bathroom and hung my head over the toilet but didn't throw up. However, I remained dizzy and weak for a while. Needless to say - I stopped my workout and went home.
Question - how dangerous is that? someone told me it happens from time to time when lifting heavy and going hard. Any insight would be appreciated.
