Heavy bag

Hi all. I’m wondering how many people use the heavy bag in kickboxing. Do you have one, and if so, do you use it, and how does it improve your workouts? Thanks

Yes, I have a free standing heavy bag and use it only for heavy bag workouts and the
heavy bag segments in alot of CatheLive workouts I don't know how much it improves my
workouts....but it's alot of fun to use!!!

I see a lot of heavy bag segments in her Live workouts, and wonder if I should get one.

I also have a free standing one and use it for the heavy bag segments. I find it raises the cardio level and works the core and other muscles more as you have to absorb the impact.

You'll figure it out!!! Remember the ole saying, "Where there's a will, there's a way" so...
I'm changing it...."Where there's a bag, there's a place" ! I keep mind against the wall,
out of the way....and when I'm gonna use it, I take one of my furniture sliders , tilt & kick
under a bit, slide it out in the room, & remove the slider.......and when I'm done, reverse
that ..........easy peasy, takes like 5 seconds............
