Thank you darling on the compliment. I would like to see your lovely face as well.

My routine is just working out with Cathe. At times, depending on how I feel, often times more than less, I go heavier in wts. My eating is so so, but it has improved GREATLY over the years. I tend to drink much more water than I use to.

However, if I'm not doing a Cathe w/o I will ride the StairMaster, do 3 sets of 16 leg curls, extension, leg press, all machines and 25 reps of sissy squats. I use the gravitron machine for extra upper body w/o.

Oh, I have these straps in my basement that I do hanging raises 3-4 sets of 16-20 reps. for the abs. The hanging raises are truly the only ab w/o I like, but I will do Cathe Core Work.

We seem to have a lot in common. I cracked up at the post when you were talking about your husband's morning breath...too funny!

I'm fairly new to Cathe, but I've been working out a while. I love her videos - I'm officially hooked!

Haydee! So were you the one that was asking about the tear drop & how to develop it? How's that going? Are your's just bulging at the seams now?
