Dear Cathe
You have probably been asked about weight loss more times than you can count, but I have a problem I hate to say it but I have gained over 60 lbs in the past 5 years pretty gross. Every time I attempt something weight watchers whatever I do not follow through. Believe it or not I do
exercise 5-6 days a week I have to modify your tapes alot can't do those jumps. Yes I do drink water, sure everyone has junk in there life but food is not the answer. I promised myself a year to stick with it a month and a half has gone by
but I did not accomplish much.
I tried those low-carb diets did not work to well but I get so frustrated when I let to much starchy foods in my life, I will not be sucessful is I keep eating this way. Just looking for balance. So where do I go from here after admitting this much?

Hi Diane!

I'm not going to offer any diets or magic solutions, but I wanted to let you know that your post really touched me. I could hear your frustration as I read it and I am wishing you the best. I think that the exercise that you are doing is terrific and I myself, modify a lot of moves. Hang in there honey and keep at it. Enjoy the present for everything that you are able to do and don't let a number on the scale get you down. There is so much more! Love life and everything it has to offer and keep up with the exercising. We're here if you need us

Be kind to yourself, Diane

You said it took years to gain that weight, give yourself time to lose it. You can do it. There's a Chinese proverb which I love. It says, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." You've taken the first. Keep trying. You'll do it!
