Hi Everyone,

I only had time to do BB Timesaver Legs & Abs today, as I have a dental appointment after work and have to work the early, early shift. I'm not looking forward to getting drilled on for 2 hours after work either.

Hi Ladies,

I did a 6 mile run yesterday. My plan today is a short run, HSC and maybe a section of core max.

I wish I could get into a rotation. I just can't seem to right now..

Everyone seems to be doing great with their workouts..

What is this talk about whale poop??? :7

Hi everyone, again!

Thank you Diane Sue for the info. on how you track your macros. I've just started and boy some foods shocked me!

Last night I did another 2.5 mile run...well, jog, it took a half hour.

This morning was PH and SM. My body is feeling tired today. I haven't taken a full rest day since the forth. How often do you guys take a day off (planned that is)? I'd like to continue to w/o until Saturday and take that day off. We'll see.

Lora, I hope you feel better soon after your dentist appointment. I have my bi-annual visit on Friday.

I haven't been taking full rest days since I've been home from vacation, as I'm trying to lose a few vacation pounds. I've been doing an easier workout 1 day a week, sort of as an active recovery. I usually take every Saturday off (just stretching) and I haven't done any active recovery weeks yet since I've been doing Cathe. I guess I should start, but I need to lose weight first.

Today I did KPCstopping at the stretch, CM Tough Core, then Cathe's May lower rotation w/ afew alterations.Squats,leg extensions&calves w/ the Bowflex,50 walking lunges w/ weights instead of 200,I did 3 sets of the deadlifts off of the step, I wasn't sure what she had planned here,I added in 3 sets of seated leg curls then the Pyramid stability ball and stretch

Lora I don't envy you the dentist appt. Hope you get through it quickly

Oh and I usually take at least one total rest day a week. Sometimes I will do two.

Hi Everybody ~

I skipped my workout yesterday. I cook dinner 1x/month for a family of six in my community so by the time I finished that and got home it was too late to exercise. When I start after 6:30P I have trouble falling asleep before midnight and then I don't want to get up in the morning. I tried to make up for what I missed yesterday by really hammering the weights doing GS Chest & PUB Chest. I did every pushup of the descending sets in GS on my toes in perfect form. My pecs were a little fried before I even picked up my DBs. I also did Intervals 1-5 of LowMax because I've been such a slouch since my workouts last week. I'm going to give my SUV the bucket and sponge treatment for active recovery.

BTW:

Beverly: I was the one who mentioned "whale poop". I used the phrase to describe how very low my enthusiasm and motivation for exercise was on Monday. Sorry to gross you out. I meant it to be funny not offend. Friends?

Hello,
Tonight I plan on doing GS legs, and MAYBE a short cardio? Depends on how I feel. Sometimes my legs are to tired for anything else, but a nice HOT BATH :D
