Hardcore Rotation Checkin Wednesday 5/25/05

Hi Everyone,

I decided to stick with my 2nd leg workout this week and did BB Timesaver Legs and Abs with Imax 2 Blast Mania Premix (modifying on my rebounder). Wow, I'm really feeling beat this morning. I could hardly do the aerobics after that leg workout. My muscles are sore in various areas. I've been upping my weights this week for all of my body parts and feeling it. I didn't want to take a rest day this week, as I'm still tyring to lose these few pounds, but my body is feeling pretty tired. We'll see come Saturday. I'll probably push myself to do some light aerobics, as I have to go to a birthday party Saturday and will probably have to have a small piece of cake (I'm sure they'll twist my arm if I don't "wink").

Solara - Sorry to hear you've been in a funk. I hope you feel better soon.
 
Hi Ladies,

I did a 7.5 mile run yesterday afternoon. I did not get any abs or weights in. Today I plan on 5 miles and PLB and a section of Core Max.

I just realized it's getting close to the 1st. I wonder what the June Rotation will be. I'm ready for a change, but I know you ladies will say I should stay with Slow & Heavy.....we'll see. It may take me a while to get all of the time frames figured out when she first posts it, so maybe I won't start it until the second week of June....or maybe I won't like it at all and stick with this current rotation another month.

Today I am going to do a cardio dvd??? I am not sure at this time which one........ so I will decide at time of workout...... whatever strikes my fancy :7

Boy having not done a muscle endurance workout for awhile I am sure feeling it today??

I'm having complications with my new dental work and have an emergency appointment tomorrow. I have to be at work really early which means I have to get up at 1:30 am instead of 2:30 am. Yikes.....I hope I can make it thru tomorrow. I refuse to skip my workout. Wish me luck everyone.
 
Hi Hardcore Ladies,

This morning I did PUB, no abs, just not in the mood for it today. Hmmm, I might be getting into a "funk" as well.

I then had a bagel with butter. I'm beginning to look like the Pillsbury Doughboy! hahaha, I will if this keeps up.

Tomorrow night I'm heading down to the Bronx, and will take my son to the Bronx Zoo on Friday. My husband is down there now on a project and has Friday off.

The following week, we're off on vacation.

I'm looking forward to what Cathe puts together for June's rotation. I pretty much stuck with the one I designed for myself this month, which was mostly endurance and circuit w/o's. Maybe for June I'll go back to the Hardcore, ya know for our "Hardcore Check-In".

Today I did KPC plus 15 minutes of the cardio work on Taebo Ultimate
abs then abs from Taebo UA and abs from KPC, May rotation lower incorporating a few different moves and the Bowflex, and instead of the floorwork I did abbductor, adductor, and glute cable work with the Bowflex.
