This morning I did 50 minutes of non-Cathe step aerobics followed by PUB abs and HSC stretch.

Hi Everyone!!

This morning I did a 20 minute run on my treadmill followed by PUB (didn't have time for the core section). I will be teaching a step class this evening (I'll do my corework at that time).

So far I've seen cardio for everyone today. I was *supposed* to do IMAX3 blast premix and heavy legs. The thought of doing blasts this morning, just did not appeal to me. I'll just do my own thing this week and see what Cathe puts out for August.

Today I did L&G step mania. I know I've got to do more cardio. uugg!

Today I am going to do Firm it up. Once I get motivated;-)

Dallas you are a BRAVE woman loaning out your Cathe dvd to your dd :7 My dd5 said to me yesterday when I was doing my non-cathe dvd "Hey where's Cathe?" I told her this is "Debbie" and she said "oh' ha ha.

Susan you did 300 Walking lunges WoW I am impressed!!!! You are going to have the BEST BUTT in the delivery room :7

Marietta that is good to hear L&G rotation is doing such great things for your legs!!

Good Morning Everyone!

Nicole ~ My in-laws received strict instructions for my DVD. I guess they did the work out (not the whole thing) the first night I dropped them off! The next day one was on the rower, one one the stepper, and one on the treadmill. I guess they rotated. I don't know if the two boys were in on it.

Susan ~ don't feel bad I had a really hard time getting through my cardio today. Do you think it's the heat? Or for you, your pregnancy? I did the first 35 minutes of Imax 3 and then 30 minutes on the treadmill. It helped breaking it up. I'm still working on all the choreography of Imax 3 anyway. I'm up to interval 6 now. It's definitely been easier catching on since I learned Imax 2 first. Still don't have Interval Max. Do you think that I should get that one? I was leaning toward SB/SPJ. Yeah, 300 walking lunges! Oh my!

I think I'm going to lay off the walking lunges this week. My hip flexor pain is back. The last time I had it was the end of March. I had to take almost two weeks off! x(

I was really looking at the A-Jock rotation. There is a lot of disc changing. Do you have a multi-disc player? I don't have High Step Challenge (HSC?). What could I substitute?

Hey Dallas I do not have a disc changer I really do not think it looks to bad though. It only takes me a second to change my disc's and I always look forward to a second to catch my breath:D

As far as a sub for HSC do you have high step advanced??Let us know what you have?

Susan....you're probably just feeling crummy due to hormones. Just do what you feel like doing and remember that something is better than nothing.

Dallas...take it easy with that pain. You don't want it to turn into anything serious. I'm with Nicole, I don't think it will be to much trouble to change the DVDs for the rotation.

Nicole - You created a monster! Ever since you showed me that thread on VideoFitness.com, I've been reading the forum over there and am now officially broke from buying new DVDs. I need to save for the next Cathe series...yikes.
 
Lora ~ do tell, what did you buy? Just being nosey, but I've got the itch to buy more DVDs. I really should finish getting the ones I want from here first.

Nicole ~ You're right about disc changing, I could use that time to catch my breathe! LOL! This is what I have all the GS,CM, SM (taped off Fit TV), S&H, KM, KPC+L&G, Imax2 +C&W, PUB/PLB, PH/BM/MIC, Imax 3, HCX, BC +ME, LM, MM. I need to get more cardio DVDs. I reread your earlier post and that was cute that your daughter noticed you weren't working out to Cathe.

I was going to purchase a high step video, but was so confused on all the feedback on them. Hey, maybe that will be my next purchase. Which one though!?!!:)

Marietta, you're right this pain in the hip can't get any worse. Luckily tomorrow is GSCT and a light run. I'll see about that run.

Hi ladies

Sorry I have not checked in lately. Sick kids. My youngest has been coughing through the night and my middle son was sick(didn't want to use the other words, lets just say he had a bowl handy) yesterday.

Looks like everyone has been busy.

Lora--what new DVD's did you get?

Beverly--I don't know how you can run in this heat!

Marietta--sounds like a good workout

Susan--I hope you are feeling ok and I hope you have the best butt in the delivery room.

Dallas--I hope you are not in too much pain. Take it easy.

Nicole--Did you get motivated for your workout?

I managed to get in Step Jam yesterday and today was supersets. Tomorrow who knows. I have to get to bed.
