Morning Ladies - Well....it's Thursday...one day closer to Friday!! Yay! This morning I did Slow & Heavy Shoulders and 30 minutes of cardio using the cardio portions from High Step Training Advanced & High Step Challenge. I used my rebounder for some of the higher impact jumping. I'm still trying to get my low back used to the high impact which it doesn't like. I did the stretch at the end of HSC twice cuz I love it so much! Felt good.....aren't the 40's lovely? I really need to try to figure more stretching in this month's rotation. I usually try to do 20 minutes 3-4 times a week, but I'm time crunched this month. I'm so bloated and feel so fat today. Darned PMS!! Let's just get it over with already. I can't stand the chocolate cravings and migraines! I want some brownies!! LOL
